This is a draft - Critical feedback appreciated!
I'm a Psych/Philosophy student at Unimelb
not a gender expert.
I want this to become a resource hub which guides constructive action in service of gender equality.I aspire for the list to be a co-designed living document, with the capacity to evolve through ongoing community feedback. This site will host additional context and links to helpful resources.I aspire to be transparent, accountable, and accessible.
This list is a branch off a list by Bob Pease, which I regarded as unhelpfully polarising and ironically patriarchal.I intend for this list to be palatable to a broad audience, while highlighting a variety of meaningful actions. It builds on The Gender Compass's assertion that "Any communications should take care to avoid fuelling anti-equality sentiment."
Ideally, everything about the list would be public; essentially a wiki. However, given the contentious topic, there is a risk of sabotage. So moderation may be necessary.I welcome constructive criticism and will endevour to engage with and publish good-faith feedback.
These resources may be useful on your quest to challenge patriarchy. There is a lot, sorted by medium and genre.Engage with whichever interest you.

I appreciate that ss(genuine concerns can counter-productively trigger defensiveness.)mm(This applies equally to concerns both of and about feminism)eeI want to create a space for good-faith curiosity, where genuine questions about gender equality can be respectfully addressed.
